Feminine Energy Code Workshop
By enrolling in the Feminine Energy Code Workshop ("the Workshop") offered by Coach Shanelle Boyd / Team Adisa, you ("Participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment in the Workshop is confirmed once payment is received in full.
Workshop pricing is as follows:
- $111 (early bird & Welcome Session bonus rate), OR
- $143 (standard rate after bonus period expires).

When you purchase one full-price enrollment ($111), you may add one additional enrollment (for a friend, sister, or guest) at 50% off the standard rate at the time of purchase.
The discounted additional enrollment must be made at the time of original checkout or during the same transaction window as outlined in the offer.
The second participant must complete their enrollment using the provided link and registration instructions to secure their spot.
2. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this sacred container and digital content delivery, no refunds will be provided once the Workshop begins. If you are unable to attend live sessions, replays will be provided when possible. In exceptional circumstances, a credit toward a future workshop may be granted at the sole discretion of Team Adisa.
3. Workshop Access & Content
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the Workshop materials, Zoom links, and private community spaces where applicable. You agree not to share your access, logins, or materials with anyone who has not enrolled. The Workshop materials, including PDFs, recordings, and any bonuses, are for personal use only.
4. Intellectual Property
All Workshop materials are the intellectual property of Coach Shanelle Boyd and Team Adisa. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials from this Workshop without prior written consent.
5. Personal Responsibility
By enrolling, you acknowledge that this is a personal growth and spiritual development workshop. You agree to take full responsibility for your participation, choices, and well-being during the Workshop. The Workshop does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice.
6. Subscription Terms (if applicable)
If you enroll through a subscription model (monthly/quarterly), you authorize recurring payments as outlined during your checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time via written notice; access to the Workshop materials will be revoked upon cancellation if applicable.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be used to deliver the Workshop and related communications. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of Team Adisa, except as required by law.
8. Community Guidelines
The Workshop is a sacred space for growth, reflection, and community. You agree to engage respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of other participants' shares. Team Adisa reserves the right to remove anyone from the Workshop without refund if they engage in disruptive or harmful behavior.
