As a wife, mother of five, and dedicated author, my journey through life has been nothing short of transformative. My path led me to become a mother at a young age, a challenge that ignited a personal struggle with self-love, deeply rooted in societal pressures regarding my skin color and hair texture. My challenges exposed me to the profound impact of self-hatred, which, in turn, led to a broader distrust for others.

Yet, it was precisely these experiences that shaped me into the compassionate, insightful individual I am today. My struggles and hardships sparked a desire to support others, leading me to become a Spiritual Life Coach. Under the respected guidance of Iyanla Vanzant, I've received my certification from Inner Visions. I also obtained an M.S. in Human Services and an MBA. These accomplishments, along with being a morally driven human being, support me in being of service to the world.

My vision is to co-create a compassionate world where women are balanced in self-love as they are secure in their Divine Feminine Energy while holding the power of their voice as sacred by being introspective, self-nurturing, and confident.

I aim to guide women toward a harmonious balance in their lives.
